Nedim Leto has been awarded a research grant of 60,000 NOK from the Foundation for the Advancement of Anesthesiological Research, through the Institute for the Promotion of Anesthesiological Research.

Nedim is conducting research regarding prehospital time metrics and diagnostic

assessment in acute ischemic stroke can be improved. The grant will be used for covering travel expenses to attend the European Society of Emergency Medicine conference in Barcelona in 2023 and the American Heart Association International Stroke Conference in Phoenix, USA, in February 2024.
