From November 16, 2025, Stavanger University Hospital will have two main locations: Ullandhaug and Våland. On this page, we have gathered useful information for you who are going to the hospital.

Find the right place

Stavanger University Hospital will be divided between two main areas from November 16, 2025:

Ullandhaug (new hospital building)

Våland (current hospital area)

Inpatient wards (admission)

All inpatient wards currently at Våland will move to Ullandhaug on November 16, 2025.

Exceptions: Mental health services will not move but will remain at Våland as they are today.

Outpatient clinics and day wards

Most outpatient clinics and day wards will stay at Våland. Some will move to Ullandhaug.
