There has been a longstanding desire to establish an international network regarding first aid provider follow-up. After several online meetings, the first in-person gathering took place on November 1st in Athens, in conjunction with the European Resuscitation Council conference.

This meeting represented the start of an international effort, with representatives from eight countries, including Scotland, England, Denmark, and Norway. Together, we discussed ambitious but realistic goals for the coming weeks, months, and years. We look forward to developing a name and logo to represent our work and collaboration. We are hoping to get a separate session on this topic at the next ERC conference in Rotterdam in 2025.

Together we will put first aid providers on the agenda and continue to establish and evolve first aid provider follow-up programs. We welcome all interested to join our collaboration.
